Brazil-On-Sale Return Policy You may return items sold by Brazil-On-Sale within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the following cases:
- Product sent is not the product ordered. - Product arrived broken or damaged and cannot be replaced by Brazil-On-Sale.
To get a refund please follow these steps: Write an e-mail to magazines@brazil-on-sale.com and explain with details what happened. If possible, please include a picture of the damaged product with your complaint. Pack the product safely and send it back to: Marcelo de Almeida - Brazil-On-Sale After the product arrives, if your complaint proceeds, you will get back the same amount you have paid for the product by the moment of purchase. NOTE: After 30 days of delivery any complaints on the products sold by Brazil-On-Sale will not be considered.
